Terms in these giveaway Terms and Conditions shall serve as the Official Rules for the giveaway.

ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years old or over to participate or have consent from a legal guardian, and living in one of the following Countries: United States, Canada

Non-natural persons (including corporations and other business entities); and employees of Squadbuilt Inc., affiliates, subsidiaries and their respective immediate family and persons living in their same household are prohibited from participating in the giveaway.

This giveaway is void outside of the geographic area described above and wherever else prohibited by law.

ENTRIES

No use of any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will be allowed. Entries from persons who are not eligible to win per these official rules will be disqualified.

WINNER SELECTION

Winners will be notified by e-mail or Direct Message through our social channels within five (5) business days of the prize drawing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim a prize within 48 hours, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

Confirmed giveaway winners may not exchange prizes for cash or any other merchandise or services. If for any reason the advertised prize is unavailable, Sqaudbuilt Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Squadbuilt Inc. will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. Prizes are offered “as is” with no written, express, or implied warranty.

The odds of winning a prize are dependent on the total number of eligible entries received.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By entering this giveaway, Entrant agrees to abide by all Official Giveaway Rules and to release, discharge, indemnify, and hold harmless Squadbuilt Inc. its affiliates, subsidiaries, its business partners, employees and any other organizations related to the giveaway from any and all liability or any injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this giveaway or any prize won.

Any attempt by an entrant or any third party to tamper, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of this giveaway by hacking, cheating or damaging the giveaway entry process in any way will result in automatic disqualification from the giveaway and may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws. Squadbuilt Inc. reserves the rights to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent of the law.

Squadbuilt Inc. reserves the right to cancel, change or suspend this Giveaway and/or to randomly select winners from eligible entries received before the cancellation, change the Giveaway in the case of a compromised giveaway, catastrophic event or any other unforeseen event that cannot be reasonably anticipated affects this giveaway.

Giveaway Terms and Conditions and Official Rules are governed by the law of the State of Iowa, and all entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of Iowa for any disputes arising out of this Giveaway.

Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, this Giveaway or these Giveaway Terms and Conditions or the Giveaway Official Rules must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in Iowa.
